To begin, the roof was completely stripped back to the original sarking board where we inspected and replaced all damaged timbers. We then installed our Marley breathable membrane and graded timber counter and tile batons. We replaced all lead flashings and installed new Rubber EPDM roofs on the dormers. To complete the look and still be sympathetic to the original tiles, we finished off by installing Marley Ludlow Major Tiles in Old English Dark Red. The client was delighted with the final outcome.
