The solution to the client’s issues? A fully insulated Metrotile roof. We removed the
existing poly-carb roof, installed load bearing timber framework and our
new lightweight Metrotiles. As standard with all conservatory re-roofs we installed
100mm Kingspan PIR insulation boards, plastered the new internal ceiling and
provided energy saving LED downlights. The client also opted to have a Velux roof
window fitted as part of the works.
The client is delighted with the finished result and now has usable living space to
enjoy all year round.
