This mansard style roof is not your every day project and required meticulous planning. We carried out a full roof replacement starting at the top and working our way down. We installed a new Rubber EPDM roof, replaced all existing lead flashings and velux windows then finished off by slating the mansard walls in Thrutone Fibre Cement Slates. The client was over the moon with the finished result and now has peace of mind with a 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
