Prior to issuing this quotation, Speedy Roofing conducted full measurements of the project area to ensure accuracy. We guarantee that the quoted costs will remain fixed prior to installation, provided there are no changes to the project scope. If the client wishes to alter the scope of work, Speedy Roofing will prepare a written quotation outlining any additional costs.
Speedy Roofing offers flexible payment terms with no deposit required for projects up to a value of £30,000. For orders exceeding this amount, payment terms will be agreed upon with the client on a case-by-case basis. We require full payment upon completion of the work and prior to the removal of scaffolding from the property.
Speedy Roofing takes every precaution to minimise disruption. However, some internal disturbance may occasionally occur, such as minor hairline cracks in plaster. Speedy Roofing cannot be held liable for such incidental damage. Speedy Roofing is not responsible for any damage to driveways or external areas caused by third-party contractors, including skip companies.
Not all work undertaken by Speedy Roofing will include a guarantee; however, full roof replacements are always backed by a comprehensive guarantee. The specific guarantee details for each project will be clearly stated within the quotation provided to the client.
Quotations from Speedy Roofing are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this period, any acceptance of the quotation will be subject to a price review to ensure current rates and material costs are reflected accurately.
All work will be installed in accordance with British Standards and in full compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Speedy Roofing reserves the right to photograph and showcase completed projects for marketing purposes. We value client privacy and will ensure that no identifying details are shared without explicit permission.
