Monklands Womens Aid
This Christmas, we were honored to support Monklands Women’s Aid in Airdrie, by donating 30 bags filled with essentials and festive treats. Monklands Women’s Aid provides vital support to women and children affected by domestic abuse. They offer a safe space and the help necessary for individuals to rebuild their lives.
The volunteers at Monklands Women’s Aid are nothing short of extraordinary. They provide responsive services to women, children, and young people who have been impacted by or are at risk of domestic abuse. These services are crucial for those seeking to escape harmful situations.
Their core hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
