Although a very simple roof design, the team at Speedy still created a meticulous plan and got straight to work on this project. We stripped back the existing tiles, battens, timber deck and lead flashing at the base of the chimney. We then installed 9mm OSB, Marley breathable membrane, treated timber, counter and tile battens and replaced the lead flashing on the chimney. We finished the look by installing Ludlow Major Tiles in Smooth Grey, inline tile vents, a new dry verge system and a new vented dry ridge system. The client was delighted with this clean and simple upgrade.
