When Mark came out to provide the quote, I had a good feeling about the ethos of the company from the way he explained everything and the caring nature in which he really listened to my needs. The professionalism, care and attention to my needs were exquisite. My roof had been leaking for a few months and getting worse each day, therefore I was in desperate need of a quick job. The roof was replaced by Gary and his son who worked meticulously each day and were very courteous to me and my property. I have just had a full roof replaced along with new gutters, fascia and soffits and roughcast and I am delighted with the results. Ronnie, David, Grant and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I was kept up to date with the project. They were very tidy and left no mess. You don’t have to pay anything until the work is completed and you get an impressive 20 year warranty which surpasses warranties from other companies. I only bought the house last year and it was one of the poorest looking houses in the street and is now one of the best houses. The neighbours that I have seen since the work was completely have all commented on how good it looks now. Speedy by name, speedy in works carried out. I had obtained around 6 quotes to re-tile my roof. Speedy Roofing gave the best quote in terms of price and scope of the works. I accepted the quote on Wednesday, was contacted on Thursday on choice of roof tile. The scaffold was up on Friday, materials and skip delivered. Work started on the roof on Monday, completed on Tuesday. Inspected and signed off on Wednesday. Scaffold and skip removed on Thursday. Everyone at Speedy Roofing , staff, tilers, scaffolders were brilliant. The completed roof is great. The team done a fantastic job repairing and renewing our roof dorma windows, slate repairs, flat roof repairs and box gutters that had been badly storm damaged over the last year. Communication was excellent throughout the job, Gary and Reece were great workers who never stopped (our neighbours all said how they were impressed). Very tidy workers, excellent workmanship, no complaints or issues whatsoever. We would definitely use them again in the future!
