We got to work right away and removed the old slate and felt. We then inspected
the timber below and repaired where necessary. All lead flashings were replaced as
standard and a GRP separation installed between the client and neighbouring
property to stop any neighbour issues transferring over to the client. We installed
Marley Ludlow Major tiles and new PVC roofline to finish.
