Our Solution

We removed the original roof and replaced all rotting timber, installing new sarking boards to provide a solid foundation. Two new chimneys were built, and all leadwork was carefully renewed to ensure long-term water resistance. In addition to the main pitched roof, the flat roof section was fully replaced using durable and low-maintenance EPDM rubber, providing a modern and watertight finish.
