Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Speedy Roofing (Dobbies Offer)

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Speedy Roofing Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to homeowners aged 18 or over. Entry is only available to customers who:

• Enquire through Speedy Roofing via a Dobbies Garden Centre location; and
• Proceed with and complete a full roof replacement contract with the Promoter.

Only one entry is permitted per household/property. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

3. Entry Mechanism

Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion and full payment of a qualifying roof replacement contract following a Dobbies enquiry.

No additional purchase beyond the contracted works is required to enter. Entries that do not meet the qualifying criteria will not be included.

4. Prize

The prize is a cash refund of part or all of the roof replacement cost, up to a maximum of £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds).

• The refund will not exceed the total contract value paid by the customer
• The refund will be paid via bank transfer to the winner
• No alternative prize will be offered
• The prize is non-transferable

5. Draw Details

One winner will be selected every 3 months from all qualifying entries within that period.

The winner will be selected at random using a fair and independent process. The Promoter reserves the right to define and amend draw period dates where necessary.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at enquiry/contract stage within 14 days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Payment

The prize will be paid after the roof replacement has been completed and paid in full.

The winner will receive the refund via bank transfer within a reasonable timeframe following verification and acceptance of the prize.

8. Marketing & Publicity

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to the use of:

• Project photographs, videos, and general project details
• Their first name and location (e.g. “John, Glasgow”)

This may be used across:

• Website
• Social media
• Printed marketing materials
• Advertising campaigns

Personal contact details will never be published or shared publicly.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Data will only be used for:

• Administering the prize draw
• Delivering contracted services
• Marketing purposes where consent has been provided

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Free Entry

A free entry route is available. To enter without paying for a roof replacement, send your name, contact details, and a reference to “DOBBIES FREE ENTRY” to info@speedyroofing.co.uk. One free entry per household per draw period.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
