Our Solution

We began by installing full scaffolding to ensure safe working access around the property in Perth, and arranged skip hire for efficient waste removal. The existing tiles, battens, and felt were safely stripped, and all internal sarking boards were replaced with new 9mm Sterling Board. To ensure the roof is watertight and breathable, we installed a Marley breathable membrane along with eaves support trays for correct drainage and ventilation. We then fitted treated timber counter battens and tile battens to create a strong, durable structural foundation. At the chimney, new Code 5 lead flashing was installed at the base to provide long-lasting weather protection. The roof was finished using Marley tiles chosen by the client, including vented tiles to improve airflow and reduce the risk of condensation. To complete the installation, we fitted a uPVC dry verge and dry ridge system, delivering a clean, secure, and low-maintenance finish.
